• We aim to package and ship all items (that are in stock) within 1-4 days.
  • We do not post out on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Our standard postage cost which is added at checkout is £5.00. Free delivery will be applied for orders of £50 or more.  
  • All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
  • We also offer a free collection service where customers can collect orders from The Boathouse in Port Isaacshop, from Monday to Saturday. If you would like to do this please email us at info@boathouseportisaac.co.uk to arrange a time for collection.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.
  • We aim to wrap and package items as safely as possible but do have to rely on our couriers to handle the products carefully.  In the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged or faulty, please email us along with photos of the damaged or faulty items, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we can not take responsibility for items lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
